Nope…Kurt wouldnt look like this….Maybe someone that resembles him may…but this is NOT what hed look like…Im an artist and I study people and structures…If he NEVER did drugs in his life, maybe, but he was a user -like it or not- and he would never have filled out like this…He was always small framed, so his face would have been alot less full. I agree-

No way he would look like this. I suspect he would look age in a similar pattern as Iggy Pop, or Anthony Keitis, with those “marionette lines” very prominent on the sides of his mouth. And (again) as he was a small man, he would have had more gaunt looking cheeks. Those under eye bags are probably spot on though. I’d love to see someone else take crack at this, and it was still fun to see.

That’s Kurt Cobain if Nirvana had never existed and he ended up working at American Eagle. Look at how clean cut he is. Just look at Courtney Love if you want an idea of how Kurt would have looked today, hehe.
